300 year-old Burr Oak Tree:
The Mall at Partridge Creek was able to preserve a 300 year-old Burr Oak Tree that sits near the southeast corner of the property. The tree serves as the focus of a seating area where customers can relax. In addition, there is an educational display that the describes the tree.

The center offers free wireless internet (WiFi) in the mall's public spaces.

Snow-melt System:
The mall features an automatic snow-melting system for walkways that is located within the malls' main pedestrian concourse areas.
