SEVEN NEW STORES GREET HOLIDAY SHOPPERS AT THE MALL AT PARTRIDGE CREEK
Released: 12/13/07
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., Dec. 13, 2007 —The Mall at Partridge Creek has given shoppers an early holiday gift as seven new national stores join its vibrant store and restaurant lineup, including the Northern region’s first Love Culture and the state’s second For Love 21.
Love Culture offers affordable trend-right clothing for 20-something women who are trying to make their mark in the world. Accessories abound as well. This shop is only the fourth store for the Los Angeles-based chain and the first one in this part of the country.
The love fest continues as For Love 21 makes its Macomb County debut as only the second such store in Michigan. This all-accessories specialty shop follows the philosophy of its founder, the Forever 21 chain, to provide the most fashionable pieces at the best prices. It offers jewelry, handbags, hats, belts, sunglasses, shoes, undergarments and hair goods to match any outfit.
Everything But Water has made a splash with its deep selection of ladies swimwear and resort wear. A Macomb County first, this store offers swimsuits in sizes 4 to 24. Associates are fit experts, trained to outfit women in suits that flatter and inspire confidence. Flip-flops, cover-ups, shorts, jewelry and other resort wear round out the collection.
For a sweet treat, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory tempts with
gourmet chocolates and confections at reasonable prices. Indulge in boxed chocolates, sugar-free treats, gift baskets, fudge, caramel apples, strawberries and more. Beverages also are on the menu.
Surf City Squeeze is a refreshing oasis with creamy smoothies, refreshing chillers (a slush made with fruit, juice and ice) and fresh-squeezed lemonade. The smoothies blend fresh fruit, juice and its signature low-fat, non-dairy smoothie mix for a customized treat. Nutrients – including wheatgrass, Brewer’s Yeast and protein powder – are available to mix in as well.
Two popular national restaurants are joining the lineup in the next few weeks. Bar Louie makes its Macomb County debut Monday, Dec 17. This casual neighborhood restaurant and bar specializes in jumbo martinis and mojitos ─ a cocktail traditionally made of mint, rum, sugar, lime juice and club soda ─ not to mention a unique variety of drafts, bottled beers, microbrews and more than 20 wines by the glass. The menu is filled with oversized signature sandwiches, uniquely prepared appetizers and deluxe burgers. The warm surroundings have an urban feel, thanks to 12 plasma televisions ─ showing every NFL game ─ and a variety of seating options from high-top bar tables to plush circular booths. Its expansive children’s menu makes it family friendly as well. Open daily for lunch, dinner and late-night dining.
Taco Bell is the nation's leading Mexican-style, quick-service restaurant chain. It serves tacos, burritos, signature quesadillas, grilled Stuft burritos, nachos, and other specialty items, such as the Crunchwrap Supreme, in addition to a wide variety of value menu items.
The Mall at Partridge Creek, Macomb County’s first open-air shopping center, opened October 18, 2007, in Clinton Township, Mich., on the south side of M-59 between Garfield and Romeo Plank roads. Anchored by Parisian and MJR/Partridge Creek Cinema 14, it is home to over 70 distinctive stores and restaurants, with Nordstrom opening in April 2008. The 640,000-square-foot shopping center welcomes dogs. Other unique amenities include: Bocce ball courts, free WiFi, pop jet fountains, a TV court, snow-melt-sidewalks and a 30-foot fireplace.
